Welcome to Kim Fisher Photography.
This Site is Primarily used to display my Online Portfolio featuring Weddings, Portraits, Photo-Manipulations and much more!
I Graduated from the University of Liverpool in 2007 and I majored in Egyptian Arcaheology, however during my time at University I discovered my passion for Photography so after I graduated I went back to education and studied a City and Guilds Digital Photography course.
Photography is my hobby but it's sometimes strays into paid work which is great! Some work has been displayed in local galleries and I am grateful for the opportunities that people have given me. My camera seems to be an extension of my arm...if I don't have it I feel quite lost and usually find I've missed an important moment.
To me, photographs are important as they document a time, a place or situation that cannot be captured exactly the same ever again. They record history and moments which are important to the world or even to one individual and are therefore very special. I love Photo-Manipulation as I feel it allows me to create my own art using my chosen tool; a camera...with the help of a computer too! I specifiy if something is manipulated as I don't want people to feel deceived but I feel that if an artist can decide where a person sits, then I can too!

Unfortunately I am no longer doing Wedding Photography as I have a full time job and a Masters degree to study for but I am still selling my photography work online, so please get in touch via email if you like what you see!
